Onat Murat “Remembering Bill Evans”

Onat Murat was born in 1997. Originally from Antalya, the pianist pursued his musical studies in Graz, Austria, between 2016 and 2025, completing both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the Kunstuniversität Graz. During this time, he had the opportunity to work with prominent figures in the jazz world, such as Harald Mabern, Jim McNeely, Bob Mintzer, Greg Hutchinson, Ari Hoenig, Jerry Bergonzi, Bruce Barth, Renato Chicco, and Olaf Polziehn. Having achieved success on the Vienna music scene with his own trio and original music, Onat Murat continues his musical career in Turkey.
