Candid Trio

Kerem Türkaydın released his debut album ”Candid Music” in 2019. He started playing the guitar at the age of 13. In 1996 he was accepted into Dokuz Eylül University Music Department. He continued his studies for three years but won a full scholarship to study at İstanbul Bilgi University Music Department in 1999 and switched schools. There, he studied with important musicians like Neşet Ruacan, Kamil Özler, Donovan Mixon, Ali Perret, Can Kozlu and İmer Demirer on guitar, harmony and improvisations. He wrote the book ”Caz Gitar Metodu” (Jazz Guitar Method). Upon his graduation in 2004, apart from being active in the pop and jazz scene, he’s a studio musician, jingle and TV music composer and arranger. Tonight he and the trio will be performing tunes from his arrangements of jazz standards.
