Yürüyen Merdiven feat. Deniz Güngören

“Yürüyen Merdiven” is the story of twenty years of friendship and the journey of its music. The first thing that comes to mind is a mechanical escalator; A two-legged, loving, running, dancing, breathing escalator. The melodic approach of the drums and the percussive characters of the piano are intertwined; An Escalator who is eager to take everyone he meets on his journey with him, with a balanced, lively and mischievous identity.
In this concert, Yürüyen Merdiven will be accompanied by Deniz Güngören on vocals

Deniz Güngören, composer and singer. In addition to working as a vocalist in the fields of jazz, contemporary classical music and free improvisation, he has also composed a lot of music for cinema, visual media and the stage, and has participated in various projects as an orchestrator and arranger. After working as a research assistant in the music department of Istanbul Bilgi University for 10 years, he has been continuing his music life freelance since 2022.
