İtalyan caz piyanisti ve şarkıcısı Francesca Tandoi, yükselen bir caz yıldızı ve uluslararası caz sahnesinin en büyüleyici genç yeteneklerinden biri. Sadece birkaç yıl içinde dünya standartlarında bir piyanist ve vokalist olarak uluslararası beğeni kazandı. En iyi uluslararası caz müzisyenlerinden bazılarıyla sahne aldı. Italian jazz pianist and singer Francesca Tandoi is a rising jazz star and one of the most enthralling young talents on the International jazz scene. She has been hailed by critics and peers as a world-class jazz pianist and singer, accomplished composer and impressive bandleader. In just a few short years, she has earned international acclaim as a world-class pianist and vocalist. She has performed with some of the finest international jazz musicians.
She has toured and performed at some of the most noteworthy theatres, jazz festivals, and clubs around the word such as North Sea jazz festival, Umbria jazz, Cork Jazz, Bosendorfer Gala, Breda jazz Festival, Amsterdam Arena Stadium, Piano city Madrid, Sumatra Jazz Festival, Tokio Hakuju Concert Hall, Moscow Gorkiy Park summer festival, Tver Philarmonic Hall, Stara Zagora jazz festival and many more in USA, Japan, Inonesia, India, South Africa, Russia and everywhere in Europe.
Tandoi’s trio’s performances have been warmly received by audiences and the press. Her stage presence is praised time and again as an explosion of swing, strong and sophisticated.
Jazz journalist David Alston of South Africa said, “She has a flawless technique and the ability to swing like the clappers. The audience is simply knocked out by her playing.”
“Francesca Tandoi has truly impressive piano skills,” raved Dutch magazine JazzFlits. “She literally flies over the keyboard. And she’s blessed with a beautiful singing voice full of warmth and sensuality.”
In addition to calling her singing ballads “exemplary, actually unforgettable,” jazz journalist Massimo Tarabelli (Ancona Jazz,IT) places her among the greats: “How many of the world’s young pianists resonate with the greatest virtuoso swinging jazz pianists—Oscar Peterson, Monty Alexander, Gene Harris, Phineas Newborn? Not many. How many of those are women? Very, very few. How many of those are Italian? Probably none. It’s incredible but true that such a person exists, and her name is Francesca Tandoi. She’s a brilliant, superior, and very rare talent.”
Well-known pianists Monty Alexander was positively carried away by her debut album.
Alexander said, “Francesca Tandoi is a supremely tasteful swinging piano player. Her vocals are exquisite, her compositions are melodic and memorable, and her arrangements are extremely thoughtful.”
She appears in more than 20 recordings as a sideman (four with legendary american saxophonist Scott Hamilton) but the piano trio is definetely her favorite setting.
As leader of her trio’s she recorded six albums, “For Elvira” (her debut album that sold over 10.000 copies) ”Something blue” “Magic Three” “Wind dance” (this album appears in the TOP10 best albums of 2016 of the japanese magazine “Jazz Life”) “When in Rome” and “Hope”.

Stefano Senni is one of the most in demand bass players in the international jazz scene. During his 30 years long career he has played in the following countries : Switzerland, Austria, England, Germany, Spain, France, Slovenia, Croatia, Portugal, Poland, USA, Estonia, Latvia, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Cuba, Mexico, Ireland, Holland, Belgium, Norway, Indonesia, Macedonia, Japan, Canada, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Vietnam, Argentina, Liechtenstein, Bulgaria, Russia, Kuwait, Sweden…and in most of the biggest jazz festivals around the world : North Sea Rotterdam, Umbria Jazz, JVC Torino, Madrid, Palermo di scena, Jakarta, Buenos Aires, Ravello, Vilnius, Roma Villa Celimontana, Milano, London, Saskatoon, Penang Island, Elbjazz Hamburg, etc.
Stefano has played with many of the most representative musicians in the history of jazz, from tradition to avant-garde : from Lee Konitz, Art Farmer, Cedar Walton, Tony Scott, to Steve Grossman, Chris Speed, Tom Harrell, Bob Mintzer, Aaron Goldberg, Jeff Ballard, Han Bennink, Ernst Rejiseger, Kevin Hays, Uri Caine and many many more.
He teaches jazz double bass in the conservatory of Ferrara (Italy), and has taught various bass masterclasses around the world. He appears in more than 100 recordings.Giriş 250.-TL
