Güçlü kadın soul vokallerinden Dilek Sert Erdoğan Türkiye’de yapılan ilk özgün İngilizce ‘soul’ albümü olan Moments’ı 2013’de piyasaya çıkardı. Albüm ilk konserini İstanbul Caz Festivali’nde vermişti. Bu gece, kısa zaman içinde en çok satılan caz albümleri sıralamasında en üst sıraya yerleşen albümden parçaların yanısıra sanatçının sesinden dinlemeyi çok sevdiğiniz 80′li ve 90’lı yılların unutulmaz kült şarkılarının soul ve caz uyarlamalarından oluşan renkli bir repertuarla Nardis sahnesinde olacaklar.

Considered to be Turkey’s strongest soul vocalist Dilek Sert Erdoğan released her debut album ‘Moments’ in April 2013. The album has been a huge success and been placed among the top three at the Jazz charts.It is the first original soul album released in Turkey so far and this makes it unique in Turkish music history.The common opinion of the music critics is that she has a black satin voice and apart from her vocal technique she comes one step forward as a songwriter as she is writing all her own music.
She has participated 20th International Istanbul Jazz Festival in 2013 and she is the only Turkish female artist took place in the 20th year special festival compilation album with the world famous artists like Alicia Keys,John Legend,Anthony Strong.She is invited over to perform again in this years’ festival and will be on stage for a special project called the European Jazz Project on July 11th where European musicians teams up with the Turkish musicians.Before that she will be perfoming at the International Ankara Jazz Festival of which this years’ theme is ‘vocal’.
Born in Istanbul 1976, she has a bachelor degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Istanbul and also completed a special programme in the State Theatre on acting,vocal techniques and history of art.
