Defne Yiğit Quintet

Defne Yiğit was born in 2007. She attended Aydın Doğan Fine Arts High School. During that time, she developed an interest in jazz music and began taking lessons from Randy Esen. Currently, she actively studies with Ece Goksu at the Istanbul University State Conservatory and continues her studies with Randy Esen. She won third place in the 2026 Nardis Young Jazz Musician Competition. Thanks to concert awards, she continues to improve herself by performing on more stages.
